I am Brave’s practice manager and ADHD Coach. I am currently getting my masters to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I like to think of myself as an open book, so if you have any questions or need clarification on anything, do not hesitate to reach out.
I identify as neurodivergent and as such, have a lot of experience to share with ADHDers and their families as far as learning new strategies to help you live your best life.
I believe that everyone is an individual with specific needs, wants, and desires. I'm here to help you build the confidence in yourself to advocate for what you need out of life.
Reading books has always been my safe haven. It has helped me develop empathy and understanding for the struggles of others.
Here are some of my favorite quotes:
“I think something innate in us understands that seeking the good of society is usually best for the individual as well. Humankind is noble, when we give it the chance to be. That nobility is something that exists independent of any god’s decree.”
“Failure is the mark of a life well lived. In turn the only way to live without failure is to be of no use to anyone.”
“Every child deserves to have one person believe in them, to have the access and opportunity to want more for themselves.”
