Life is hard! There are so many things to balance and never enough hours in the day. The media feeds us messages that we can work, parent, spouse, and take care of ourselves like the other things don’t exist. You see curated images of people who appear to be kicking ass at life. They not only do all of the above, but they manage adorable handmade treats and a perfectly clean and decorated home. The reality is these images aren’t real life. They are curated. These people are as much of a mess as you might feel like you are. You are not alone if you feel like you are just surviving and can’t remember the last time you relaxed. Self-care often feels like one more thing to check off our to-do list. It might feel selfish or overwhelming to do something for yourself. You are so valuable, though! Let’s start taking better care of you, and the bonus is you can check “attended counseling” off your mile-long to-do list.

I love helping people live to their potential by exploring their stressors and mental health issues. I want you to feel empowered to be the best version of yourself at home, work, and in your relationships. I want to help you develop strategies that help you meet your personal goals. I want to help you identify your priorities and set boundaries that allow you to actually live your own life. I want to support you and your partner as you tackle your challenges and find ways to love each other that work for you.

I get that life can be hard, so I will meet you where you are in life while gently moving you forward. Together we will figure out ways to overcome your challenges. I can’t wait to be a part of your journey!
