For many of us being home can actually be difficult. "How to I entertain myself? What about my kiddos?" Maybe people use work as a way to manage trauma. We become workaholics, take on various hobbies, or volunteer for everything. We find ways to stay busy. But that can be harder to do during right now. Being vulnerable doesn't come naturally to many of us. We learn to build thick walls and hide behind masks of polite responses. Somewhere along the way, you may have internalized the message asking for help is a weakness. I'm here to tell you its the exact opposite!
